A quick demonstration of virtual reference. There are, of course, quite a few options for virtual reference, but this is a good introduction of the concept of virtual reference.
I find the use of video more interesting. I think it’s great that a public library is using YouTube, a free, ubiquitous option, to reach its customers. There are a bunch of great patron oriented videos here. It’s like using flickr, except actually useful.
